2. How to Enter
In order to enter, each participating person must “follow” Bromberg’s on Pinterest before May 30, 2013 (the end of the “Submission Period”). Each participant must create a pin featuring a table set with Bernardaud china and/or accessories on their personal account and tag Bromberg’s in the description of the image.  Lastly, participants must comment on the Bromberg’s pin promoting the Contest with a link to their contest entry pin.

Bromberg’s must receive all entries to the Bromberg’s Pinterest contest during the Submission Period for a participant to be eligible to win. By creating and submitting a Bernarduad tablesetting pin, each participant receives one (1) entry into the Contest. Participants are limited to one (1) entry during the Submission Period.

If you wish to participate but you do not have a pinterest account, please email you image to arast@brombergs.com with full permission granted to you use image.

3. Selection of Winners
Bromberg’s will randomly select one (1) Winner from among the pin submitted on Pinterest. The winner will receive $500 of Bernarduad product.

Any potential Winner will be notified via a comment from Bromberg’s on the potential Winner’s Bernardaud Table setting pin that Bromberg’s is tagged in. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within three (3) days from the date Bromberg’s first tried to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner forfeits all rights to win the promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate Winner will be selected.

4. Prizes
The Winner will receive $500 of Bernarduad product no more than thirty days after the winner has been confirmed the the winner’s address has been verified.

Income and other taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Bromgerg’s reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value. The failure to accept any prize within three (3) days of notification shall result in a forfeiture of any prize awarded hereunder. Bromberg’s is not responsible for a lost or stolen prize.

5. Eligibility
The Bromberg’s Pinterest Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. residing in the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, or the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older. Individuals who are or were employees of Bromberg’s, its affiliates, manufacturers, sales representatives, advertising/sales promotion agencies, and their immediate families of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Entry materials become the property of Bromberg’s and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Conditions
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Bromberg’s is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants in connection with participating in the contest or the claim or use of any prize awarded in the contest. By submitting a pin, each participant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and Regulations. Any decisions related to the Contest, Contest Rules and Regulations, operation of the Contest, or qualifications and eligibility of any participant shall be made by Bromberg’s, in its sole discretion, and are final.  Each participant agrees to release and hold Bromberg’s, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and its subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims, and/or liabilities arising out of his or her participation in the Contest or resulting from accepting or claiming any prize awarded hereunder. Bromberg’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or otherwise cancel the Contest at any time for any reason. Each Winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release or his or her prize will be forfeited (except where prohibited by law). Participation in the Contest constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the Winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, photographs and any statements or remarks made about winning or participating in the Contest for advertising and promotional purposes (in any medium) without additional compensation. Participants acknowledge and agree that Bromberg’s may share any and all information collected through the Contest from time to time with their subsidiaries or other affiliated companies. Bromberg’s may verify that all Winners are qualified. If a Winner is disqualified or his or her prize is forfeited, Bromberg’s shall have the right, but not the obligation, to select an alternate Winner.
